What is the shipping price?

Do you ship to my country?
- We currently offer free shipping to countries listed in our International Shipping Chart.
- We have selected countries based on the availability of PayPal service and shipping tracking in addition to the shipping costs that we can pay for to offer free shipping to our customers.
- Our criteria has nothing to do with any biases as demonstrated by the exclusion of major countries like Canada which do not offer tracking.
How long will it take to get my order?
- We ship direct from our manufacturer to save on costs. This allows us to be able to get this item to you for just shipping and handling, which we pay for you. However, this saving comes with a trade-off. With paid-for-you free shipping, your orders may take longer to arrive since the the manufacturer determines the shipping method.
- US orders usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination, but may take longer due to various factors.
- International orders most usually take between 15 and 25 days to arrive, but sometimes take up to 40 to 60 days depending on your country. Occasionally, depending on various factors like customs, worldwide orders can take in excess of 4-8 weeks to arrive.
Do I need to pay any customs?
- No, you don't need to pay customs fee. We label all the orders as low value gifts, and we send orders with multiple products in separate packages to avoid customs fees.
Where is my order?
- We will send you an email with tracking number after your order is fulfilled.
- Please note that you can only track the item until it leaves the manufacturer's home country for the free shipping method.
- Most of the orders will be delivered in 2-3 weeks. If you haven’t received your order after 30 days, you can contact our support to investigate delivery status.
Why have I only received parts of my large order?
- We ship in small packages to avoid customs fees.
- We ship direct from manufacturers to expedite shipping, and if your order contained products from multiple manufacturers, they will be shipped in separate packages.
Will my order be delivered before _____?
- If you would like to order our products for holiday gifts (especially Christmas), please avoid ordering during the month of holiday to prevent late deliveries. It’s best to order ahead of time to make sure that your products are available and delivered on schedule.
- Please note that we are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.
How do I track my order?
- You can track your order with Track app under Help menu. Please insert your tracking number you have received in tracking notification email.
What is tracking number?
- Tracking number is the number provided by the courier for you to track the shipping status of your order. It is different from your order number, and we send it to you via email after the product has been shipped from manufacturer, usually 3-5 days after the initial order.
- If you have not received your tracking number after 5-7 days, please check your spam folder in your email account or contact our support.
Why is my tracking number is listed as "pending" or "no information available at the moment"?
- Tracking number may need 5-10 days to be updated after tracking notification.
- If the tracking number is still pending after 10 days, you can contact our support.
Why is my tracking number is listed as “expired” or “not exist”?
- Please contact our support to resolve this issue asap.
What does order status "Unfulfilled" mean?
- It means your order is being processed and the tracking number is pending.
- We fulfill the orders and send you the tracking number when the tracking number is submitted to the Postal System, which usually takes 5-7 days after the order is shipped out.
What does order status "Fulfilled" mean?
- It means your order is being shipped and on its way to you now.
