Return Policy

What is your return policy? 

  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • If the shipping time of your country as listed in International Shipping Chart is beyond 30 day return period, please contact support using Return under Help menu for further assistance.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
  • Additional non-returnable items:
    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable software products
    • Some health and personal care items
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
    • Book with obvious signs of use
    • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

How can I cancel my order?

  • All orders and product shipments can only be cancelled until they are shipped.
  • If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 business hours after the payment. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can not be cancelled.

Which items can be returned?

  • ALL SALE ITEMS ARE A FINAL SALE
  • If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 30 days of receipt with Return app under Help menu.
  • In order to complete your return, we need your receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered, or that do not come with your ordering information inside the package will not be accepted.
  • AII items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with all tags attached.
  • Please do not send your purchase to the manufacturer.
How can I return / exchange items?
1. You must use Return app under Help menu to contact our support
  • Please note that only sizes and colors of items may be exchanged. If you wish to exchange for another product, you will have to return your order and place a new order
2. After we have confirmed your request, please re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags attached.
3. You will ship your order to the address we will provide. We advise to use postal service shipping rather than couriers like DHL, UPS to reduce costs.
  • We recommend you to send the package with a secured or tracking method, and retain your proof of postage.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return package, we will issue a full refund / exchange.
4. We will send you an email to confirm your return has been received and the refund has been processed.
  • You can expect to receive your refund within 4-6 weeks of your package return. In many cases you will receive the refund more quickly. This refund time includes receiving the package, processing the return, and issuing the refund request.
  • We can not give you a refund until we receive the product and complete inspection.

How can I return faulty item?

  • if the item you received is faulty, please follow contact our support with Return  app under Help menu and give us your order number, your name and address, details of the product (quantity, SKU), and the reason for return. Please attach a photo of the faulty item to your email. We will then advise you regarding the return process.

How can I receive refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, we will process the refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
  • Please note that there is usually some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you haven’t received a refund within 4-6 weeks of your package return, check your bank account and contact your credit card company and bank as necessary to check the status of refund transfer. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support email.

How can I cancel my order?

  • You must contact us within 1 business day of placing the order to arrange an order change with Return app under Help menu.

How can I change the item color or size?

  • You must contact us within 1 business day of placing the order to arrange an order change with Return app under Help menu with your new color or size option.

How can I change my delivery address?

  • You must contact us within 1 business day of placing the order to arrange an order change with Return app under Help menu with your new delivery address.

After Delivery

Why is my order tagged two sizes larger?

  • All sizes in our store are displayed in US / EU standard measurement units. If the product is send from our Asian partners, it may come with Asian size tags that are two sizes larger than its physically equivalent US / EU size.
  • For an example, your order in size M in US / EU size may be delivered with XL in Asian size tag.

How can exchange wrong items after delivery?

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, use Return app under Help menu and provide us with your order number. If we're at fault, you can send us back the items and we'll send you out the correct items at our cost (or issue a refund).

How can I change the size / color after delivery?

  • Please contact us with Return app under Help menu and provide us with your order number. You can send us your item back and we will send you a new item with the updated size.
  • Please not that the postage costs will be at your expense.

How can I return my order after delivery?

  • Please contact us with Return app under Help menu and provide us with your order number. You can send us your item back and we will issue a refund.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend you to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How can I replace damaged / faulty items after delivery?

  • If the item you received is faulty, please follow contact our support with Return  app under Help menu and give us your order number, your name and address, details of the product (quantity, SKU), and the reason for return. Please attach a photo of the faulty item to your email. We will then advise you regarding the return process.

How can I return gift items after delivery?

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
